A Message from OGS Chief Procurement Officer Sean Carroll
I am privileged to serve as the new Chief Procurement Officer for OGS Procurement Services. The Procurement Services team believes customer service is our number one priority. As a former OGS customer, I know how valuable it is to have an opportunity to share my positive feedback and constructive criticism with the OGS team. The team and I have decided to redouble our efforts to get this feedback.
Quite simply, it’s all about the customer and that customer is you! You have more options than ever when you go to make a purchase. I want OGS centralized contracts to be the option you choose because they provide you the most value.
I’m requesting feedback from all of our customers to help us better understand the following:
- What are we doing well?
- What aren’t we doing so well?
- What is important to you?
- How can we provide better value to you?
