If you are a state agency , a public authority, a public benefit corporation, a local government or municipality, a public school, or a nonprofit or volunteer organization (such as ambulance organizations, fire companies, and public libraries) you are eligible to use OGS centralized statewide contracts. They are divided into three types: commodity, service, and technology contracts.
- Commodity contracts include fuel, vehicles, office supplies, and food.
- Elevator maintenance is an example of service contracts.
- Technology contracts include hardware, software, telecommunications, and IT services.
